The Position
Rightsline is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Account Strategist to join our growing Outbound Sales team. As an Enterprise Account Strategist, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of Rightsline’s software products and services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to the success of our sales team.

What you will do:
- Conduct Outbound Prospecting:
- Initiate outbound prospecting efforts through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn to generate interest and book qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of Rightsline to prospects, demonstrating how it addresses their specific needs.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and optimize outreach campaigns, messaging, and lead qualification criteria.
- Follow up with leads in a timely manner to nurture relationships, overcome objections, and progress them through the sales funnel.
- Ensure proper data hygiene and management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and activities using Salesforce, Outreach, Kaia, Nooks, Cognism.
- Share insights with the Sales team on poor data quality
- Research and optimize account within Salesforce using tools like Cognism and Linkedin
- Meet and exceed your quotas and KPIs:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified meetings booked and pipeline contribution.
- Continuously learn about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates to effectively communicate value to prospects.
- Ability to work from our Downtown Toronto office (3 days per week).
What you will bring to the role:
- 5+ years experience in a B2B SaaS enterprise environment. Focusing on Enterprise accounts.
- Proven experience in multi-channel prospecting required. You don't just cold call; you orchestrate personalized outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video to break into complex accounts.
- Strategically Minded: You prioritize high-value accounts over high-volume activity. You understand how to map an organization and identify key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers.
- Business Acumen: You possess the executive presence to build rapport with C-Suite leaders. You can translate technical features into business outcomes and ROI.
- Consultative Communicator: Your verbal and written skills are top-tier. You move beyond scripts to ask insightful questions that uncover "latent pain" and challenge a prospect's status quo.
- Analytical & Curious: You research industry trends, earnings reports, and news triggers to ensure every touchpoint is relevant and timely.
- Resilient Problem Solver: You view objections as requests for more information. You are persistent and creative in your follow-up, using data to pivot your strategy when a lead goes cold.
- Coachable & Growth-Oriented: You have a high EQ and a hunger for feedback. You are constantly refining your sales methodology and sharing "wins" with the team to level up the collective.
- Process-Driven: You are detail-oriented and view your CRM as a strategic asset. You maintain a clean pipeline and use sales tech to automate the mundane so you can focus on the meaningful.
- Collaborative Partner: You work hand-in-hand with Account Executives and Marketing to execute cohesive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plays.
- Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can quickly pivot your messaging as our product or the market landscape evolves.
- Tech-Fluent: You are highly proficient in modern sales stacks and leverage data-driven insights to optimize your daily workflow.
Bonus points for:
- Expertise in Account-Based Prospecting and "social selling" techniques.
- Proficiency using Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and ABM tools like 6sense or Demandbase.
- Deep domain expertise in M&E, Consumer Products, Publishing, or Life Sciences.
Compensation
On-Target-Earnings: $110,000 - 120K,000 CAD annually, including base salary and commission.
