Senior Frontend Developer

Job Title: Senior Frontend Developer – React / TypeScript / Next.js

Location: Remote

Shift: EST Hours (Approx. 6:30 PM IST start, 8 hours/day)

Experience Required: 6+ Years

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js to build modern, scalable, and high-performing web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing responsive user interfaces, integrating APIs, optimizing frontend performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive web applications using React.js, TypeScript, Next.js, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Build reusable UI components and scalable frontend architectures following best practices.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and Graph QL services for seamless frontend-backend communication.
• Improve application performance using techniques like lazy loading, code splitting, and efficient state management.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and follow Git-based development workflows.
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, bugs, and technical challenges.
• Prepare technical documentation, test plans, impact analysis reports, and related project documentation.
• Participate in project discussions, planning, and enterprise-level frontend initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js and server-side rendering concepts.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and Graph QL integrations.
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD processes, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Node.js and backend API development.
• Experience with Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).
• Understanding of micro-frontend architecture.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Heroku.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and design systems.
