About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, result-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be high-volume daily outreach, connecting with prospective candidates, understanding their career goals, and counseling them on our career readiness services.
Key Responsibilities (What you will do daily):
- Outbound Calling: Make continuous, high-volume outbound calls daily to prospective students, fresh graduates, and job seekers from the provided leads database.
- Lead Conversion: Counsel aspirants over the phone, explain the value of our training programs, and pitch the services effectively to ensure enrollment closures.
- Follow-up Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential leads, making regular follow-up calls and tracking candidate status.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily call volume metrics and weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
Requirements (What we are looking for):
- Experience: 6 to 12 months of solid experience in active sales roles (Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development).
- Industry Preference: Candidates from an EdTech or Training background are highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills in English and regional languages (Telugu or Hindi). You must be confident in building rapport purely over phone calls.
- Remote Setup: Since this is a 100% Work from Home role, you must have a reliable laptop, a stable high-speed internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
