As a Tax Administrative Assistant at NIQ, you will play a crucial role in supporting the tax operations by managing various administrative tasks including engagement letter and purchase order management, monthly billing support, notice tracking for legal entities, and providing general administrative support. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and formatting engagement letters for approximately 100 PwC member firms, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information for engagement letters.
- Maintain a centralized database to track the status of each engagement letter, including approvals and signatures.
- Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to purchase orders (POs).
- Assist in reconciling POs with invoices to ensure accurate billing and payment.
- Collect and verify billing data from approximately 100 PwC member firms and ensure invoices are accurate and processed on time.
- Maintain comprehensive records for audit and reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure appropriate actions are taken in response to notices across 250 entities.
- Provide general administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Prior experience in an administrative role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with internal stakeholders.
