As a Compensation & Benefits (C&B;) Specialist, you will be an integral part of the HR team, collaborating closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders to shape compensation strategy, workforce analytics, rewards programs, and data-driven people decisions. Your role will require a blend of robust analytical skills, business acumen, stakeholder management capability, and exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, market intelligence, and rewards analysis.
- Manage compensation structures, salary fitment, budgeting, and annual compensation cycles.
- Develop HR analytics, dashboards, reports, and insights to support business decision-making.
- Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams on compensation-related initiatives.
- Support salary negotiations and offer structuring.
- Ensure accuracy and governance of HR MIS, compensation data, and workforce metrics.
- Generate actionable insights through data analysis and presentations for senior leadership.
Role Requirements:
- 512 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits Strategy, HR Analytics, and Workforce Planning.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
- MBA / PGDM from a reputed institute (HR or Finance specialization preferred).
- Strong expertise in compensation benchmarking, salary structures, budgeting, and rewards programs.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Power Point, dashboards, and data analytics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively with senior business leaders in a rapid-paced environment.
