Project Manager Solar Projects

As a Project Manager at Vibrant Greentech, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end execution and maintenance of solar power projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of solar projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams including clients, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, address technical challenges, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation, reports, and updates for internal use and client communication.
• Troubleshooting in-office issues and implementing timely, effective solutions to avoid delays.
• Enforcing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols across all project sites.

Qualifications & Skills required for this role:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 34 years of relevant site experience in solar project execution and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, installation methods, and maintenance practices.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and organizational skills with a solution-driven mindset.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools/software is a plus.
