Social Media & Content Marketing Coordinator - Real Estate Background a MUST

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media & Content Marketing Coordinator to support our growing real estate brand.

We are a community-focused mother/daughter real estate team based in Toronto, known for authentic storytelling, strong branding and creative marketing. We are looking for someone who understands the Toronto real estate market and can help us create engaging, polished and strategic content across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social platforms
• Design marketing materials, social graphics, reels and stories using Canva
• Assist with email marketing campaigns through Constant Contact
• Help brainstorm creative content ideas and engagement strategies
• Support branding consistency across all marketing channels
• Edit short-form video and reel content
• Assist with community/event promotion and listing marketing

Qualifications

• Strong graphic design and content creation skills
• Experience using Canva and Constant Contact
• Knowledge of all major social media platforms
• Understanding of social media trends, engagement and branding
• Knowledge of the Toronto real estate market is a strong asset
• Photography/video editing skills are an asset
• Self-motivated, creative and detail-oriented

This is not a generic real estate marketing role. We are looking for someone who can help create content that feels authentic, elevated and community-driven.

Compensation based on experience.
