Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with 1 year experience who want to start their career in accounting and finance. The candidate will assist in daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and support senior accountants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining books of accounts and financial records
- Record daily transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and vouchers
- Support in bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
- Help in preparing GST returns and basic tax documentation
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Support during audits and financial reporting
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (Tally)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
