Job Description

1. Surveillance & Patrol

• Active Monitoring: Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols of the interior and exterior perimeters.
• Technical Oversight: Monitor CCTV feeds, alarm panels, and building management systems for suspicious activity.
• Equipment Checks: Inspect doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are properly secured.

2. Access Control

• Gatekeeping: Authorize entrance for employees, visitors, and vendors; issue badges and maintain accurate sign-in logs.
• Traffic Management: Direct pedestrian and vehicular traffic to maintain order and safety.
• Verification: Conduct bag checks or metal detector screenings where required by site policy.

3. Incident Response & Reporting

• Emergency Action: Act as a first responder during fires, medical emergencies, or security breaches.
• Conflict Resolution: De-escalate verbal or physical confrontations using professional communication techniques.
• Documentation: Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports (DAR) and Incident Reports (IR) regarding thefts, injuries, or property damage.
