Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and maintain product documentation including user guides, help systems, release notes, FAQs, datasheets, Knowledge Base Articles, and onboarding materials.
  • Transform design specifications and software behavior into transparent, step-by-step instructions and conceptual topics.
  • Utilize Adobe RoboHelp to develop, publish, and manage web-based and PDF help systems, incorporating conditional content, variables, and single-sourcing.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to comprehend features, verify behavior, and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Engage in reviews with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine documentation structure and style.
  • Uphold documentation standards, templates, and style guides for consistency across products.
  • Aid in organizing and restructuring existing content to enhance findability and usability.
