We are looking for a Technical Writer with 1-2 years of experience to create clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Adobe RoboHelp and a strong understanding of user guides, and online help systems. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, QAs, and UX designers to translate complex technical information into simple, structured content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Key Responsibilities
- Write and maintain product documentation such as user guides, help systems, release notes, FAQs, datasheets, Knowledge Base Articles, and onboarding materials.
- Transform design specifications, and software behavior into clear, step-by-step instructions and conceptual topics.
- Use Adobe RoboHelp to develop, publish, and manage web-based and PDF help systems, including conditional content, variables, and single-sourcing.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand features, verify behavior, and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Participate in reviews with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine documentation structure and style.
- Maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guides for consistency across products.
- Assist in organizing and restructuring existing content for better findability and usability.
