Accounts Payable Manager

General Responsibilities

As our Accounts Payable Manager, you will oversee the full-cycle AP process across our portfolio. You will ensure that all financial obligations are met accurately, timely, and in strict compliance with internal policy and industry requirements.

Essential Duties

• Portfolio AP Oversight: Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process for corporate and diverse portfolio of residential properties.
• Compliance Integration: Ensure all vendor payments, utility allowances, and expense allocations are timely and accurately entered and selected for payment.
• Vendor & Partner Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, utilities, and resolve complex billing discrepancies with diplomacy and precision.
• Audit Readiness: Maintain pristine financial records, ensuring documentation is audit-ready for annual audits.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate, streamline, and automate AP workflows using property management accounting software.

Salary Range: Up to $75k or commensurate with experience.
