As the owner of P&L for Oziva Beauty categories including Hair Nutrition, Skin Nutrition, and Personal Care, your role involves launching and scaling these categories to achieve target Net Revenue and improving contribution margins. You will need to devise a strong Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy to ensure growth, especially on E-commerce platforms, by leveraging optimal marketing and positioning levers.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as R&D, Production, E-commerce, D2C, Brand, Product/Tech, and Legal/Finance is essential to achieve the desired results. Business planning will require you to analyze macro environment trends, consumer behaviors, internal business imperatives, and industry scenarios to develop channel-wise volume projections.
For brand planning, you will analyze research data to identify growth prospects, build brand positioning, and monitor brand health within the Beauty nutrition category. Portfolio planning will involve evaluating industry trends, market competitiveness of products and SKUs, and consumer requirements to identify gaps in the current brand portfolio.
Your responsibilities also include preparing communication briefs for brand communication, development, and execution, detailing the need for category communication, priority markets, and target segments. Media activation will involve planning and executing yearly budget spends and campaigns to achieve the targeted top line.
