Job Description
As a Technology Hiring Manager, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
- Managing the Technology hiring process across various levels and leading a team of recruiters effectively.
- Handling end to end Talent Acquisition which includes planning, strategizing, sourcing, candidate engagement, stakeholder management, reporting, and database management.
- Taking high-end ownership of deliverables and ensuring successful completion by focusing on priorities.
- Maintaining effective communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Building and nurturing influential candidate relationships, following the latest recruitment trends and strategies.
- Establishing and nurturing a network of potential candidates through market research and networking efforts.
- Proactively resolving bottlenecks, preparing and submitting progress reports to stakeholders, and participating in process improvement initiatives and talent branding activities.
Qualifications we are looking for in a candidate:
- Proven 5-10 years of technical recruitment experience with expertise in hiring across different levels, stakeholder management, database management, and reporting.
- Ability to lead a team of recruiters and sourcers effectively, expertise in stakeholder management, and independently leading a hiring unit.
- Capability to assess candidates based on profiles and cultural fit, understanding engineering and product requisitions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities, always striving to push the limits.
- Excellent relationship building, analytical skills, knowledge of latest recruitment trends, and experience in attracting candidates through social media channels.
