We know that a patient's journey to recovery often begins online. That is why we are looking for a dedicated Website Design & SEO Specialist to join our team in-house. Instead of juggling multiple agency accounts, you will be the dedicated digital engine behind Pureviva. Your goal is to ensure our website looks highly professional, functions flawlessly for online bookings, and ranks at the top of local search results so our community can easily find the care they need.

Job Summary

We need a hybrid specialist who is just as comfortable tweaking website layouts as they are diving into keyword analytics. You will be responsible for managing and updating our Webflow website (purevivaphysiotherapy.ca), optimizing our content for local search, and driving our Google Business Profile performance. The ideal candidate understands how to turn website visitors into booked patients through strategic design and strong local SEO practices.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, update, and improve the clinic’s Webflow website (purevivaphysiotherapy.ca), ensuring a seamless user experience and adding new practitioner bios or service updates via the Webflow CMS as needed.

Ensure the website is highly mobile-responsive, fast, and optimized to drive direct online appointment bookings.

Design and implement high-quality landing pages for specific, high-value treatments (such as sports injury rehabilitation, chronic back pain management, or post-surgical rehab).

Take full ownership of our Google Business Profile, ensuring it is optimized, updated with recent clinic photos, and leveraging local search strategies to dominate "physiotherapy in Etobicoke" search queries.

Implement ongoing strategies to naturally increase patient reviews and manage local citations across the web.

Conduct keyword research focused on healthcare, rehabilitation, and local wellness trends to identify new traffic opportunities.

Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, and internal linking structures across all service categories.

Monitor site health, resolve technical SEO issues (crawl errors, broken links), and ensure the site meets all modern search engine standards.

Collaborate with our physiotherapists, massage therapists, and chiropractors to format and publish SEO-friendly, empathetic blog posts that align with patient search intent.

Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Provide simple, actionable monthly reports to clinic management on digital performance and booking growth.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)

CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: Proven, hands-on experience building, designing, and managing websites specifically using Webflow and Webflow CMS.

A degree or diploma in Marketing, Web Design, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong understanding of local SEO, specifically how to rank brick-and-mortar healthcare businesses.

Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and basic SEO software.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is strongly preferred for troubleshooting website formatting.

Excellent written communication skills with an eye for design and detail.

Bonus: Previous experience marketing for healthcare, wellness, or clinical practices.

Work Environment

Hybrid setup: Split your time between working remotely and coming into our Etobicoke clinic to collaborate with the practitioners, take photos of the facility, and engage with the clinic culture.
