Job Description
We are seeking a technically proficient Web Publisher / Content Editor with specific expertise in the SAP Commerce Cloud ecosystem. In this role, you will be the bridge between marketing vision and digital execution, utilizing SAP SmartEdit to manage high-impact storefront content. You will work within an agile environment, using Jira to track workflows and collaborating with global stakeholders to ensure seamless site updates and releases.
Key Responsibilities
Content Management: Execute end-to-end content delivery using SAP SmartEdit within the SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) environment.
Storefront Optimisation: Create, manage, and edit product catalogs, landing pages, and promotional banners while maintaining brand consistency.
Performance Tracking: Utilise GA4 or Google Analytics to monitor the performance of the website, tracking key engagement metrics to inform content updates.
Workflow Integration: Utilize Jira for task management, bug tracking, and sprint coordination to ensure project timelines are met.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers, developers, and global marketing teams to translate requirements into functional web experiences.
Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing of web pages across different environments (Staging/Production) to ensure zero-defect publishing.
Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve content-related rendering issues or synchronization errors within the SAP ecosystem.
