Job Description
You will be responsible for managing and executing the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies as developed by the organization. Working closely with sales teams, you will deliver cohesive, impactful, and results-driven marketing initiatives to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). By analyzing performance data, you will optimize campaigns, improve Return on Investment (ROI), and collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive marketing execution. Your key responsibilities will include planning and executing digital campaigns and virtual/in-person events, driving Search Engine Optimization (SEO), website optimization, and content strategy to boost traffic, leads, and brand visibility. You will also create and manage high-quality, engaging content across digital platforms, aligned with the product brand messaging. Additionally, you will manage and grow social media presence to enhance engagement, followers, and brand recognition.
Qualifications Required:
- 15-20 years of marketing experience driving GTM initiatives, events, SEO, content strategy, website management, and digital lead generation.
- Relevant marketing experience in the IT software product industry.
- Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events, ideally within the SAP ecosystem.
- Spearheaded global B2B SaaS marketing, expanding reach across US & European markets.
- Grew social media presence and engagement, strengthening brand visibility in competitive markets.
- Leveraged analytics - Google Analytics, SEO & social tools, to improve campaign performance and lead conversions.
- Recognized for strong project leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a masters in marketing and/or communications.
Good to have:
- Experience in coordinating global events and executing marketing campaigns within the SAP ecosystem and partner network, contributing to increased brand visibility and lead generation.
- Skilled in managing websites and content through CMS platforms, applying web best practices and HTML/CSS to improve user experience and campaign effectiveness.
