Role Overview
As an Assistant Sales Manager – Store (Furnishings Division), you will be responsible for managing walk-in clients, guiding them through furnishing selections, and ensuring a premium in-store experience.
You will play a key role in converting enquiries into sales while maintaining the aesthetic and service standards of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales
- Attend and assist walk-in and appointment-based clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend curtains, upholstery, blinds, and soft furnishing solutions
- Deliver a refined, consultative selling experience
- Convert enquiries into sales through product knowledge and relationship building
Product Knowledge & Advisory
- Build strong understanding of:
- Fabrics (cotton, linen, blends, textures, finishes)
- Curtain systems, upholstery applications, and styling
- Guide clients on combinations, aesthetics, and functionality
Store Operations & Presentation
- Ensure the showroom is:
- Well-maintained
- Visually appealing
- Sample-ready at all times
- Maintain brand standards, display, and organisation
Sales Coordination & Follow-ups
- Maintain client records and enquiry details
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of enquiries
- Coordinate with vendors, tailors, and internal teams where required
Who Should Apply
This role is ideal for candidates who are presentable, detail-oriented, and passionate about interiors and fabrics.
You should have:
- Experience in home furnishings / fabrics / interiors / retail sales (preferred)
- Strong interest in design, textures, and styling
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi + local language preferred)
- Ability to engage clients confidently and patiently
- Discipline, organisation, and attention to detail
- Willingness to work on-site and manage walk-in clients daily
Compensation & Growth
- CTC: ₹5– ₹8 LPA (depending on experience) + incentives
- Growth into Store Manager / Senior Sales / Category roles

Important Note
This is a full-time, on-site role requiring:
- Daily presence at the Experience Centre
- Active involvement in client interaction and store management
