Regional Financial Analyst Mangalore (India)

As a Regional Financial Analyst at Pramac, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Regional General Manager to drive financial performance and informed decision-making across the Region. Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a financial business partner to the Regional General Manager and the regional management team.
• Analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance of the Region, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and transparency.
• Preparing management reporting, including variance analysis vs Budget and Previous Year.
• Developing bridge analyses (volume, price, mix, FX, costs) to explain Sales and Margin variances.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes at the regional level.
• Monitoring credit risk, working capital, inventory, and accounts receivable, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborating with local Finance teams and HQ to ensure alignment with Group accounting principles and reporting standards.
• Supporting internal and external audits and ensuring compliance with Internal Control and corporate governance requirements across the Region.
• Using and promoting corporate reporting and performance management tools.
• Delivering ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic decisions, commercial initiatives, and cost-optimization projects.

Qualifications required for this role include:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in financial analysis / controlling within structured environments.
• Knowledge of ERP and reporting tools (Oracle, Tagetik, or similar) is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.
• High attention to detail, autonomy, and robust teamwork skills.
