Responsibilities

Perform a comprehensive range of advanced esthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and body treatments. Conduct thorough skin analysis and consultations to identify client needs and recommend personalized treatment plans. Administer specialized treatments such as laser therapy, microneedling, and RF treatments. Educate clients on skincare best practices, product recommendations, and post-treatment care. Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history, progress notes, and product preferences. Ensure strict adherence to sanitation and sterilization protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. Stay current with industry trends, new products, and emerging esthetic technologies. Develop and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Assist in managing inventory of skincare products and professional supplies. Potentially mentor and train junior estheticians on advanced techniques and client care. Contribute to the development of new service offerings and treatment protocols. Qualifications:

Certification or Diploma from a recognized esthetician school or program. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an esthetician. Advanced certifications in specific treatments (e.g., laser, chemical peels, microneedling) are highly desirable. In-depth knowledge of skin physiology, dermatology, and various skincare ingredients. Proficiency in using a wide array of esthetic equipment and technologies. Exceptional client consultation and communication skills. Strong understanding of sanitation and safety standards.
