Our client, a premier luxury spa and wellness center, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Esthetician and Skincare Specialist to elevate their client experience in Kochi, Kerala . This esteemed position requires a deep understanding of advanced skincare techniques, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional, personalized treatments. The ideal candidate will be adept at client consultations, developing customized treatment plans, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of advanced facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and anti-aging therapies. Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin types, conditions, and concerns, recommending appropriate treatments and home care regimens. Develop personalized skincare plans for clients, addressing specific needs such as acne, hyperpigmentation, dryness, and sensitivity. Administer specialized treatments using state-of-the-art equipment and high-quality cosmeceutical products. Educate clients on proper skincare techniques, product ingredients, and the benefits of various treatments. Maintain meticulous client records, documenting treatment progress and recommendations. Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and product innovations in the beauty and wellness industry. Adhere strictly to hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols to ensure a safe and clean treatment environment. Assist in training and mentoring junior estheticians, sharing expertise and best practices. Promote spa services and retail products to clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Contribute to creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere for all spa guests.

Qualifications

Certification from a recognized cosmetology or esthetics institute. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a licensed esthetician, with a proven track record in a reputable spa or dermatology clinic. In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and various skin conditions. Expertise in performing advanced skincare treatments and operating professional esthetic equipment. Excellent understanding of cosmetic ingredients and their effects on the skin. Strong consultation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Passion for continuous learning and professional development in skincare. Exceptional customer service skills and a client-centric approach. Neat, professional appearance and a positive, approachable demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by the spa's schedule.
