Key Responsibilities:

Educate clients on skincare best practices, product knowledge, and post-treatment care. Maintain detailed client records, including treatment history and progress notes. Adhere to strict hygiene and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment. Mentor and train junior estheticians, sharing expertise and best practices. Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the skincare industry. Contribute to inventory management and restocking of retail products and treatment supplies. Qualifications

Certification or Diploma in Cosmetology or Esthetics from a recognized institution. Minimum of 6 years of experience as a practicing Esthetician or Skincare Specialist. Proven expertise in performing advanced facial treatments, chemical peels, and laser therapies. In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and common dermatological conditions. Experience with various skincare equipment and technologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship-building skills.
