Senior Esthetician & Skin Health Specialist

Our client, a premier wellness and beauty institute, is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Esthetician & Skin Health Specialist to provide exceptional client care and advanced treatments. This role is based in our state-of-the-art facility in Bhubaneswar, Odisha . You will be responsible for delivering personalized skincare consultations, performing a wide range of advanced esthetic treatments, and guiding clients towards optimal skin health.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough skin analysis and consultations to assess client needs and recommend tailored treatment plans. Perform a variety of advanced esthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and light therapy. Administer specialized treatments for various skin concerns such as acne, hyperpigmentation, aging, and sensitivity. Educate clients on proper skincare routines, product recommendations, and lifestyle factors impacting skin health. Maintain detailed client records, including treatment history, progress notes, and product recommendations. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in esthetics and dermatology. Ensure a pristine and relaxing environment for all clients, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols. Promote and sell premium skincare products, explaining their benefits and usage. Develop and implement new treatment protocols and service offerings. Train and mentor junior estheticians, sharing expertise and best practices. Foster strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention. Manage inventory of esthetic supplies and reorder as needed. Qualifications:

Certified Esthetician with a valid license in the state of practice. A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience as an Esthetician, with a proven track record in a senior or lead role. Extensive knowledge of skin physiology, anatomy, and common dermatological conditions. Proficiency in performing a wide range of advanced skincare treatments and using sophisticated equipment. Experience with medical-grade skincare products and treatments is highly desirable. Excellent client consultation and communication skills, with a genuine passion for client care. Strong sales and customer service skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Aesthetic sense and attention to detail. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of esthetics. Experience in training or mentoring junior staff is a significant advantage.
