Lead Esthetician & Wellness Coach

Our client, a premier beauty and wellness sanctuary, is seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Esthetician & Wellness Coach to spearhead their innovative treatment offerings. This is a hands-on role requiring exceptional technical skills in advanced skincare and a holistic approach to client well-being. You will be responsible for delivering personalized, high-quality treatments, coaching clients on achieving their wellness goals, and contributing to the continuous development of our service portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dermatological principles, an eye for detail, and a genuine commitment to client satisfaction and rejuvenation.

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of advanced facial treatments, including microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and non-invasive anti-aging therapies. Conduct comprehensive skin analysis and develop customized treatment plans based on individual client needs and concerns. Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations on skincare regimens, product selection, and lifestyle adjustments for overall wellness. Educate clients on the benefits of various treatments and wellness practices, fostering long-term client relationships. Stay abreast of the latest trends and techniques in the esthetics and wellness industry. Maintain immaculate treatment rooms and ensure adherence to strict hygiene and safety protocols. Train and mentor junior estheticians, sharing expertise and promoting best practices. Contribute to service development and refinement to enhance client experience and business growth. Manage inventory of skincare products and treatment supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels.

Qualifications

Licensed Esthetician with recognized certification in esthetic procedures. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Esthetician, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role. Proven expertise in performing advanced facial treatments and skin rejuvenation techniques. Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, dermatology, and various skin types and conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building trust and rapport with clients. A passion for holistic wellness and a client-centric approach. Certification in complementary wellness coaching (e.g., nutrition, mindfulness) is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
