As an Esthetician, your responsibilities will include:

Performing a wide range of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, and hydration, tailored to individual skin types and concerns. Conducting thorough skin analyses to accurately diagnose conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans. Providing specialized treatments such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and LED therapy. Educating clients on proper home skincare routines and recommending suitable product lines. Maintaining meticulous client records, including treatment history, progress notes, and personal preferences. Ensuring a high standard of hygiene and sanitation in treatment rooms and equipment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Promoting and selling skincare products and treatment packages to clients. Staying updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and product advancements through continuous education and training. Building and maintaining strong client relationships based on trust and exceptional service. Collaborating with other spa professionals to offer integrated wellness services. Qualifications and Skills Required:

Valid Esthetician license or certification as required by local regulations. Proven experience as a practicing Esthetician, preferably in a spa or clinic setting. In-depth knowledge of various skin types, conditions, and treatment modalities. Proficiency in performing advanced facial techniques and equipment usage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional demeanor. Strong sales and client consultation abilities.
