Responsibilities

Perform a comprehensive range of advanced facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and hydrafacials. Conduct thorough skin analysis to assess client needs, identify skin types and concerns, and recommend personalized treatment plans. Educate clients on proper home care routines and recommend suitable skincare products. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the esthetics and skincare industry. Maintain a pristine and well-equipped treatment room, adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer service and retention. Manage client appointments, ensuring punctuality and efficient use of time. Process payments and maintain client records accurately and confidentially. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge. Collaborate with spa management and other team members to promote spa services and achieve business goals. Demonstrate expertise in various skincare technologies and modalities. Contribute to a positive and relaxing spa atmosphere for all guests. Qualifications:

Certified Esthetician with a valid license/certification as required by local regulations. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Esthetician, with a significant focus on advanced treatments. Proven expertise in various skincare modalities and product lines. In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and common skin conditions. Excellent client consultation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport. Strong understanding of sanitation protocols and safety standards. Passion for skincare and a commitment to continuous learning. Professional demeanor, punctual, and reliable. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required by the spa's operational needs. Experience in retail sales of skincare products is a plus.
