Key Responsibilities:

Perform a comprehensive range of advanced facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, masks, and specialized therapies. Conduct thorough skin analysis for each client, assessing skin type, conditions, and concerns to recommend personalized treatment plans. Administer specialized treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, LED therapy, and non-invasive facial rejuvenation techniques. Educate clients on proper skincare routines, product recommendations, and lifestyle adjustments for optimal skin health. Maintain detailed client records, including treatment history, progress notes, and recommended products. Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in the esthetics and skincare industry. Promote and sell high-quality skincare products, ensuring clients understand the benefits and usage. Ensure the treatment room is impeccably clean, sanitized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Provide exceptional customer service, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere for all clients. Assist with inventory management of skincare products and professional supplies. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. Contribute to the overall success of the spa by meeting client retention and service revenue goals. Uphold the brand's reputation for excellence in service and expertise. Offer advice on complementary wellness practices that enhance skin health. Qualifications:

Certified Esthetician with a recognized diploma or certification. Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience as an esthetician, with a strong focus on advanced skincare treatments. Expertise in various skin types and conditions (e.g., acne, hyperpigmentation, aging). Proficiency in operating advanced esthetic equipment and technologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client consultation skills. A passion for beauty, wellness, and client satisfaction. Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients and product formulations. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards in the beauty industry. Proven ability to upsell products and services ethically.
