As an experienced and dynamic Executive Hotel Manager at our premier hospitality group's flagship property in Thane, Maharashtra, IN, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maximizing profitability, and driving operational excellence across all hotel departments. Your proven track record in hotel management, strong financial management understanding, staff leadership skills, and customer service principles will be instrumental in your success.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve and exceed financial targets, including revenue generation and cost control.
- Oversee all hotel departments, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing, and Maintenance, ensuring seamless coordination and high service standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of hotel staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure consistent delivery of outstanding guest services.
- Manage operational budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and local community stakeholders.
- Drive initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty programs.
- Spearhead marketing and sales efforts to maximize occupancy and average daily rates.
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes and service delivery.
- *Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., General Manager, Hotel Manager).
- Demonstrated success in managing P&L, budget forecasting, and financial analysis within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and systems.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
