Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and consultations to identify client needs and recommend tailored treatment plans. Perform a variety of advanced skincare treatments including facials, deep cleansing, exfoliation, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and light therapy. Administer specialized treatments based on client's skin type, condition, and concerns, including anti-aging, acne, hyperpigmentation, and sensitive skin solutions. Educate clients on proper home care routines, product recommendations, and lifestyle adjustments to maintain and enhance treatment results. Stay updated on the latest advancements, techniques, and products in the beauty and wellness industry. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatment progress and outcomes. Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained in the treatment rooms and throughout the facility. Manage and order skincare supplies and retail products, ensuring optimal stock levels. Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-up care. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience. Potentially assist in training and guiding junior estheticians. Qualifications:

Relevant esthetician certification or license. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed esthetician in a professional setting. In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and common dermatological conditions. Proficiency in performing a wide range of advanced facial treatments and procedures. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to analyze skin conditions and develop effective treatment strategies. Strong understanding of cosmetic ingredients and product formulations. Passion for continuous learning and professional development in the beauty industry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with lasers, chemical peels, and other advanced aesthetic technologies is highly preferred.
