Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products. Administer a wide range of advanced facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, and hydration. Perform chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other non-invasive skin rejuvenation procedures. Educate clients on skincare, product usage, and post-treatment care. Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-up. Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the esthetics industry. Maintain cleanliness and sterility of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools. Collaborate with other spa professionals to enhance the client experience. Promote spa services and retail products to clients. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Qualifications: State-issued Esthetician license. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Esthetician. Proven expertise in various skincare treatments and technologies. Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and ingredients. Excellent client consultation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
