Senior Aerospace Systems Engineer

Responsibilities: Lead the development and integration of complex aerospace systems, ensuring all requirements are met. Oversee system integration, testing, and validation activities. Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, including structural, propulsion, avionics, and software engineers. Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and regulatory requirements. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues during development and testing phases. Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems engineering processes and methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in aerospace systems engineering. Demonstrated experience with systems engineering lifecycle, from concept to deployment. Proficiency in systems engineering tools and methodologies (e.g., DOORS, SysML). Strong understanding of aerospace vehicle subsystems and their interactions. Experience with simulation, modeling, and analysis tools. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site engineering environment. Familiarity with relevant industry standards (e.g., MIL-STD, ARP4754).
