As a Specialists Project Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to NiCE Actimize customers, responsible for leading complex enterprise implementations and post‑implementation engagements. You will own strategic client relationships, ensure alignment between customer priorities and NiCE business objectives, and act as the primary interface between customers and NiCE delivery, product, and support organizations. Your goal is to drive service excellence and ensure customers achieve maximum value from NiCE solutions. How will you make an impact?   <ul> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead end‑to‑end project delivery across the full lifecycle including initiation, data acquisition, configuration, data validation, UAT, tuning, and deployment.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 10pt;">Plan, create, and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate multiple concurrent projects across cross‑functional internal teams and customer stakeholders.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 10pt;">Build and maintain strong relationships with client business users, management, and executive sponsors.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 10pt;">Prepare and deliver clear project status reports and executive presentations to communicate progress, risks, and issues.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 10pt;">Advocate customer requirements internally, collaborating closely with Product Management, R&D, and Support teams.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure alignment with NiCE Actimize delivery methodologies, including Essentials / XSE operating models.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and plan contingencies to ensure successful implementations.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure compliance with NiCE Code of Ethics, delivery standards, and best practices.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 10pt;">Travel to customer sites when required to support critical milestones and stakeholder engagement.</li> </ul> Have you got what it takes?  <ul> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 10pt;">Overall Experience Range - 8-12 years</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 10pt;">At least 5 to 10 yrs exp. in actual IT / SW project management</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 10pt;">PMP / Prince 2 certification is the MUST</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 10pt;">Client facing skill is the MUST</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 10pt;">BFS domain experience is the MUST</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 10pt;">Risk and compliance would be preferred</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 10pt;">Communication and writing skills should be excellent</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 10pt;">Product Implementation in waterfall methodology would be an added advantage</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 10pt;">Flexible for General (8.00AM to 5.00PM) and second (12.30PM to 9.30PM) shifts</li> </ul> You will have an advantage if you also have: <ul> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience managing multiple large programs across diverse technology and operations teams.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 10pt;">Techno‑functional background, particularly in risk, compliance, AML, or financial crime domains.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 10pt;">Flexibility to work second shift or extended hours when required.</li> </ul> What’s in it for you?
