Program Manager - Community Outreach

Our client, a respected non-profit organization dedicated to social impact, is seeking a passionate and experienced Program Manager for Community Outreach to lead initiatives in Nagpur, Maharashtra, IN . Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to engage target communities. Design, manage, and implement community-based programs and initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, residents, local government, and NGOs. Conduct needs assessments to identify community priorities and challenges. Mobilize community resources and foster partnerships to enhance program impact. Oversee program budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of funds. Monitor and evaluate program activities, reporting on progress and outcomes. Recruit, train, and manage community volunteers and field staff. Organize community events, workshops, and awareness campaigns. Advocate for community needs and represent the organization in relevant forums.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work, Community Development, Public Administration, Sociology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, community outreach, or social development work. Proven ability to design and implement successful community programs. Strong understanding of social issues and development principles. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership building. Proficiency in project management methodologies and evaluation techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a challenging environment. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is highly desirable.
