• Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Oversee inventory management systems, ensuring accuracy, minimizing stockouts, and optimizing inventory levels.
• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and accountability.

• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and suppliers to optimize transportation and delivery schedules.
