Oil & Gas Field Operations Supervisor

Our client is seeking a seasoned and safety-conscious Oil & Gas Field Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations at their production sites. You will be responsible for managing a team of field technicians and operators, coordinating drilling and production operations, and ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and company policies. Key duties include conducting site inspections, monitoring equipment performance, troubleshooting operational issues, and developing and implementing daily work plans. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the upstream oil and gas sector, a strong understanding of drilling, completion, and production processes, and proven leadership abilities.
