Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Esthetician & Spa Manager to oversee operations and provide exceptional client services at our luxury spa located in the heart of Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN . This leadership role combines hands-on esthetician expertise with managerial responsibilities, ensuring the highest standards of treatment, client satisfaction, and business performance. You will be responsible for leading a team of estheticians, managing inventory, scheduling, and contributing to the overall growth and reputation of the spa.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of advanced esthetic treatments, including facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, waxing, and body treatments. Diagnose skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans and home care regimens for clients. Maintain detailed client records and track progress of treatments and outcomes. Lead, train, and mentor a team of estheticians, ensuring adherence to service protocols and quality standards. Manage daily spa operations, including appointment scheduling, client check-in/check-out, and service flow. Oversee inventory management for all skincare products and treatment supplies, including ordering and stock control. Ensure a pristine and inviting atmosphere within the spa, adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation standards. Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently, aiming for high client retention. Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients and drive revenue. Manage spa budgets, track financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement. Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the beauty and wellness industry. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. Qualifications and Experience:

Professional certification in Esthetics from a recognized institution. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing Esthetician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Proven expertise in performing a variety of advanced skincare treatments and using professional skincare products. Strong understanding of skin physiology, conditions, and treatment methodologies. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a passion for client satisfaction. Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities. Experience with spa management software and point-of-sale systems. Knowledge of inventory management and basic financial principles. Aesthetic sense and attention to detail in maintaining a high-end spa environment. Passion for the beauty and wellness industry and commitment to continuous learning. Valid cosmetology license as required by local regulations.
