Lead Curriculum Developer - STEM

Our client, a prestigious educational institution dedicated to fostering academic excellence, is seeking an innovative and experienced Lead Curriculum Developer for STEM subjects. This role is based in our vibrant campus in Gurugram, Haryana, IN , and involves shaping the future of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective curricula that align with national and international educational standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in STEM pedagogy, curriculum design principles, and assessment strategies. You will lead a team of subject matter experts and instructional designers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational content. This position requires a passion for education, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible learning experiences for students across various age groups.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and refine comprehensive STEM curricula for different educational levels, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and standards. Lead and manage a team of curriculum specialists, subject matter experts, and instructional designers. Design engaging learning materials, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and digital resources. Conduct needs analyses to identify curriculum gaps and opportunities for improvement. Oversee the integration of innovative teaching methodologies and technologies into the curriculum. Develop and implement effective assessment strategies to measure student learning outcomes. Review and evaluate existing curricula for relevance, accuracy, and pedagogical effectiveness. Collaborate with teachers and administrators to provide professional development and support for curriculum implementation. Ensure all curriculum content is up-to-date, factually accurate, and culturally relevant. Manage project timelines and resources for curriculum development initiatives.

Qualifications

Master's or Ph.D. in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) with a strong emphasis on education or pedagogy. Minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational leadership. Proven expertise in STEM education and modern teaching methodologies. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams of educational professionals. Strong understanding of learning theories, curriculum design principles, and assessment practices. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Superior written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in educational technology tools and learning management systems (LMS). Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
