Farm Manager - Organic Produce

Our client, an established organic farm committed to sustainable agriculture, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Farm Manager for their **Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, IN** operations. This on-site role is crucial for overseeing all aspects of farm production, ensuring the cultivation of high-quality organic produce. The Farm Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the daily activities of the farm, from crop selection and planting to harvesting and post-harvest handling.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing crop management plans, including soil preparation, fertilization, pest and disease control using organic methods, and irrigation strategies. You will manage farm labor, including recruitment, training, and supervision of field workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Overseeing the maintenance of farm equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in good working order, is also a key responsibility. You will be responsible for managing farm budgets, controlling expenses, and optimizing resource allocation.
