Lead Curriculum Developer for STEM Education

Our client is searching for an innovative and experienced Lead Curriculum Developer with a specialization in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education. This critical role is based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, IN , and will involve shaping the future of educational content for a dynamic learning environment. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing cutting-edge STEM curricula that are engaging, effective, and aligned with national and international educational standards. Your expertise will guide the development of learning materials, pedagogical approaches, and assessment strategies that foster critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a lifelong love for learning in students.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of comprehensive STEM curricula from K-12 levels, ensuring pedagogical soundness and age-appropriateness. Research and integrate the latest trends and best practices in STEM education into curriculum frameworks. Develop engaging learning materials, including lesson plans, student activities, assessments, and digital resources. Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and instructional designers to ensure curriculum quality and relevance. Oversee the pilot testing and evaluation of new curricula, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement. Ensure curriculum alignment with educational standards, learning objectives, and institutional goals. Provide training and professional development support to educators on implementing the new STEM curricula. Manage project timelines and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of curriculum projects. Stay current with advancements in educational technology and digital learning tools to enhance curriculum delivery. Champion a student-centered approach to learning, promoting inquiry-based and project-based learning methodologies.

Qualifications

Master's degree or Ph.D. in Education, Curriculum Development, STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics), or a closely related discipline. Minimum of 8 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational leadership, with a strong focus on STEM. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing innovative STEM curricula at various educational levels. Expertise in learning theories, instructional design principles, and assessment strategies. Strong understanding of national and international STEM education standards and frameworks. Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams. Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills. Proficiency in educational technology tools and digital learning platforms. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A passion for fostering innovation and excellence in STEM education.
