Lead Cosmetologist & Esthetician

Our client, a premium and innovative beauty and wellness salon in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh , is seeking an exceptionally talented and experienced Lead Cosmetologist & Esthetician to join their esteemed team. Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced cosmetology services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, chemical treatments, and updos. Provide expert esthetician services such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, and makeup application. Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and beauty goals, offering personalized recommendations. Maintain a deep understanding of current beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge. Lead and mentor a team of cosmetologists and estheticians, providing ongoing training and performance feedback. Ensure adherence to strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in all service areas. Manage appointment scheduling, client records, and inventory of beauty products and supplies. Promote and sell retail beauty products, educating clients on their benefits and usage. Contribute to service and product development, introducing new treatments and techniques. Handle client inquiries and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally. Create and maintain a welcoming, relaxing, and luxurious atmosphere for clients. Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives and special promotions. Stay updated on continuing education requirements and industry best practices. Develop and implement service protocols to ensure consistency and quality. Assist in staff recruitment and training processes.

Qualifications

Certified Cosmetologist and Esthetician with a valid license/certification in the state. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a high-end salon or spa environment. Proven expertise in a wide range of cosmetology and esthetician services. Strong understanding of skin types, conditions, and appropriate treatment plans. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Experience in leading or supervising a team is highly preferred. Knowledge of retail beauty product lines and sales techniques. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. A passion for beauty, wellness, and client satisfaction. Creative flair and attention to detail.
