We are searching for an exceptional and visionary Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of a prestigious luxury boutique hotel. As the Executive Chef, you will be the guardian of our gastronomic identity, responsible for conceptualizing menus, sourcing premium ingredients, and ensuring flawless execution across all F&B outlets.

Your responsibilities will encompass menu development and innovation, seasonal menu planning that reflects local flavors and international trends, and the creation of unique culinary events and tasting menus. You will manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Strict adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations (HACCP) is paramount. You will also manage food costs, inventory control, and supplier relationships to ensure optimal profitability without compromising on quality. The ability to manage multiple culinary outlets, from fine dining to casual bistro, will be essential.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive culinary experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 2-3 years in an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef role. A formal culinary degree from a reputable institution is highly preferred. You must demonstrate exceptional leadership, creativity, and a refined palate. Strong business acumen, including financial management and cost control skills, is crucial.
