Key Responsibilities: Provide individual, group, and family counseling services. Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans. Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. Current valid license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent in the state. Minimum of 3 years of post-MSW experience in a clinical setting. Proficiency in various counseling modalities and therapeutic techniques. Strong knowledge of social work ethics, legal standards, and community resources. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse client populations. Experience in crisis intervention and case management. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
