Clinical Social Worker

Our client is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Social Worker to join their growing community support team in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh . In this vital role, you will provide direct therapeutic services, case management, and advocacy for individuals and families facing various social and emotional challenges. You will assess client needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and facilitate access to community resources and support systems. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual, group, and family counseling services. Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans. Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. Current valid license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent in the state. Minimum of 3 years of post-MSW experience in a clinical setting. Proficiency in various counseling modalities and therapeutic techniques. Strong knowledge of social work ethics, legal standards, and community resources. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse client populations. Experience in crisis intervention and case management. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
