Stay current with the latest scientific literature and advancements in agricultural research. Assist in the development of grant proposals and funding applications. Qualifications: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Soil Science, Agriculture, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in agricultural research. Proven ability to design and execute scientific experiments and analyze data using statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS). Strong understanding of crop physiology, genetics, soil chemistry, and plant pathology. Experience with field research methodologies and data collection techniques. Excellent scientific writing and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a research team. Proficiency in relevant laboratory and field equipment operation.
