Commercial Real Estate Investment Analyst

Our client is seeking a sharp and analytical Commercial Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our growing team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, IN . This role is integral to our investment strategy, involving in-depth market research, financial modeling, property valuation, and due diligence for potential real estate acquisitions and developments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate finance, investment principles, and market analysis techniques. You will be responsible for preparing detailed investment memorandums, presenting findings to senior management, and supporting the deal-making process from inception to closing. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, projecting cash flows, evaluating risk factors, and staying informed about market trends and economic indicators impacting the real estate sector. Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel) and experience with real estate databases (e.g., CoStar, REIS) are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field is required. An MBA or a Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
