We are hiring for one of our clients in Gurgaon 📍
🚀 We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive (International Chat Process) to join immediately.
If you have at least 6 months of experience in customer support (chat preferred) and a typing speed of 35 WPM+, this could be a great opportunity to work in an international process with 5 days working and rotational shifts.
In this role, you’ll be handling customer queries via live chat, resolving issues efficiently, managing multiple conversations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience while meeting SLA and quality standards.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Handle multiple chat interactions simultaneously
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams
- Meet SLA timelines and maintain quality standards
- Keep proper records of customer interactions
- Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience
👀 Who We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support (Chat Process preferred)
- Typing speed of 35 WPM+
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
