Hiring: Customer Support Associate – International Voice
📍 Location: Jaipur, Mansarovar
🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office (On-site)
🕒 Shift: 24×7 Rotational Shifts
📅 Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week
Interview Mode: Virtual
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide excellent customer support.
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Follow standard communication guidelines and operational procedures.
Eligibility:
- Freshers are welcome.
- Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory. (C1 GRADE)
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Experience in an International Voice Process will be an added advantage
