The Regional Event Marketing Manager - India will play a critical role in creating, executing, and optimizing event marketing strategies for Phenom's India events portfolio, including flagship conferences, regional field events, webinars, executive roundtables, partner events, and industry conferences.

The ideal candidate brings strong project management capabilities, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable business outcomes while creating memorable experiences for prospects, customers, partners, and industry influencers.

Core Responsibilities

Event Strategy & Execution

  • Coordinate and execute Phenom India's integrated event marketing calendar, including owned events, sponsored conferences, partner events, field marketing programs, executive briefings, customer events.
  • Develop comprehensive event marketing plans that drive brand awareness, registrations, attendance, audience engagement, pipeline generation, and revenue impact.
  • Own the event calendar, project timelines, milestones, and execution plans, ensuring all activities are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Campaigns, Sales, Customer Success, Design & Creative, Marketing Operations and external vendors to deliver seamless event experiences.
  • Knowledge in executing flagship programs such as events, executive roundtables, Executive Briefing Center (EBC) sessions, customer advisory boards, user groups, and regional field marketing initiatives will be an added advantage
  • Lead end-to-end exhibition and on-site event execution, including booth planning, vendor management, logistics, branding, collateral, staffing, shipping, and venue coordination.
  • Manage relationships with event agencies, venues, production partners, technology vendors, and sponsors to ensure high-quality execution and cost efficiency.
  • Own the planning and delivery of Executive Briefing Programs, coordinating personalized agendas, executive stakeholder participation, customer logistics, presentations, demonstrations, and hospitality to create exceptional executive experiences.
  • Coordinate executive participation by managing speaker schedules, presentation readiness, briefing materials, rehearsals, and stakeholder communications.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for all event programs, including registrations, attendance, engagement, meetings booked, executive participation, pipeline influenced, opportunities created, ROI, and customer satisfaction.

Professional Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, or integrated marketing, preferably within SaaS, technology, or enterprise software organizations.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale conferences, field events, webinars, and partner events.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring event performance and ROI.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with all departments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong vendor and agency management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Postgraduate degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel domestically as needed
