Review graphic orders for accuracy, including sizing, quantities, substrates, finishes, and production details before release.
Perform quality-control reviews of printed graphics and finished products upon delivery, confirming materials, dimensions, colors, quantities, and overall quality meet project requirements.
Identify and resolve discrepancies between approved artwork, production specifications, and delivered products.
Support proposal and RFP development with presentation graphics, renderings, and visual concepts.
Assist with branding and creative design projects as needed.
Support on-site event installations and graphic-related needs when required.
