Services Sales-Manager (IT Infra Services Sales)

As a Services Sales Manager for an IT MNC company, your role will involve focusing on Business Development, Sales, and Opening new accounts to achieve the assigned Services business targets. You will be the single point of contact for any specific customer matters. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for maintaining a Minimum 15Crs Services Order Book & 5Crs Services Revenue
- Managing Key Accounts and generating a healthy funnel aligned with the Services business targets for your assigned territory
- Forecasting and achieving monthly/quarterly business targets by offering IT services to enterprise customers
- Soliciting business for various IT Infrastructure Managed Services, Data Centre Management Services, Cloud Management Services, End User Management Services, Network Management Services, and more
- Generating New business & Acquiring New Logos through existing contacts, connections & sources
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Negotiating business contracts and agreements to maximize profit
- Liaising between customers and internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and enhance overall customer experience
- Identifying and growing opportunities within the territory by collaborating with pre-sales, delivery, and OEM partners
- Assisting the delivery team with high severity requests or issue escalations as required
Your qualifications and experience should include:
- BE / BSc / BCA in Electronics or Computer science with MBA or PGDM in Management
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience as an Account Manager/ Key Account Manager/Business Development Manager in sales from the IT Industry
- Minimum 3-4 years of IT Infrastructure Services Sales experience
- Very good understanding of the IT landscape including Server, Storage, Networking & Security
- Fair understanding of service delivery methodologies and frameworks
- Knowledge of tools & services automation technologies
- Experience in strategic, conceptual, consultative selling
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to customer engagement
- Experience of engaging with business and IT functions in customer organizations
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Understanding of opportunity management lifecycle
In addition to the above, please note that the job location can be either Gurugram or Chennai with the option to work from the office.
