Job Description
Drive agronomic excellence as a proactive Sales Agronomist. Deliver expert advice and outstanding service while working collaboratively to expand business and meet customer needs. This role involves providing specialized knowledge and assistance within a dedicated team. You will achieve annual business objectives, identify consulting opportunities, and contribute to the growth of the agronomy program. Leadership in guiding other agronomists and supporting operational staff is also key to success in this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert agronomic knowledge and customer service
- Achieve and report on annual business targets
- Develop and execute the agronomy program
- Lead and support other agronomists and staff
- Collaborate with suppliers to promote new products Requirements:
- Maintain professional designation (P. Ag or CCA)
- Degree or diploma in Agriculture required
- 2-3 years in sales agronomy preferred
- Experience in management considered an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Tronia programs Utilize your agronomic expertise to foster growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic team environment.
